All boxes are shipped via Royal Mail Track 24. Delivery is available to UK addresses only. Available shipping dates will be adjusted around holidays when Royal Mail do not operate.

Please ensure that the selected delivery address is accurate and able to accept deliveries. Bert’s Bake Box is not liable for undeliverable addresses, including errors in the address provided or circumstances that prevent successful delivery. If you are sending a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware and able to receive it.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and delivery confirmation. We do not monitor tracking information on your behalf, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow updates, check delivery status, and retrieve the parcel promptly.

Although our boxes are designed to fit the majority of letterboxes, there is the possibility that Royal Mail may leave parcels in a designated safe place if the letterbox cannot accept the parcel or no one is available to accept delivery. If more than 1 box is ordered, then this package will not fit into letterboxes. Shipping weight restrictions limit orders to a maximum of 2 boxes.

We are not responsible for parcels that are:
- Left in safe places and not brought inside in a timely manner
- Requested to be left in unsuitable or unsecured locations
- Accessed or damaged by animals, whether inside or outside the property
- Unretrieved due to unread delivery emails or unopened tracking links

Our brownies are packaged with care, but once they leave our hands, we rely on Royal Mail and the recipient to ensure safe arrival. If you have specific delivery concerns, we recommend choosing a secure address or arranging delivery to a location where someone can accept the parcel.
